A totally new environment for your training is refreshing and inspiring to your team. That is why we organize team training on beautiful 2 and 3 mast sailing ships. You embark and will be welcomed with coffee and sweets after our trainers explain the program. The training consists two parts of theory and two parts of practice. In the theoretical part we use a model. There will be lot of communication and feedback between the teammates. In practice, we use portions of outdoor-oriented assignments in which the team must find solutions, interaction will be generated and we also put the theory into practice.

Day example

Morning: Welcome Coffee receipt and boarding with delicacy at 10 am | Theory Part 1 at 11 am | Practical part 1 at 0.30 pm | Lunch on board at 1.45 pm

Afternoon: Theory part 2 at 2.45 pm | Practical part 2 at 3.45 pm | End, conclusions and evaluation at 4 pm

Afterwards you can stay on board for a delicious buffet, concluding this inspiring day.
